MASSS has been accredited by the various government departments in Kannur, Kasaragod and Palakkad region for its human services. In the last year, MASSS has achieved tremendous success in its sustainable development initiatives, and has joined the UN club for disaster mitigation.

MASSS is a pioneer in many areas, including organic farming, natural resource enhancement, watershed development and management, value added processing and marketing of agro produces, rural and alternative technology development, women’s empowerment, and health. MASSS has strong community based network with 890 SHGs in North Kerala.
